Enock & Betty are both healthcare professionals -  passionate about giving back to society through health education and providing their services in respective fields.


Enock is a General Dentist with at least seven years of clinical experience practicing in Kenya as well as taking a part time Masters Program in Orthodontics in Austria. Betty is an Optometrist graduate and loves assisting patients with vision care. She is passionate improving the quality of life with the right type of vision corrections.


They friendly, caring, and have great interpersonal skills. They both enjoy travelling and spending time in nature."

Shalom is a lawyer by training and helps nonprofits and social enterprises with a variety of legal issues across Africa via his current role with the Thomson Reuters Foundation.


He is passionate about using the law as a tool to make a difference and positively impact those that are more vulnerable in society. When he's not dealing with the law, he is probably cooking in the kitchen, playing or watching basketball and football, or reading a thick book. He is married and has two boys.

Ashley completed her Bachelor of Social Work in 2019 and currently works for a non-profit foundation in Nashville, Tennessee. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their two cats, working on her patio garden, and traveling whenever possible.


She is passionate about protecting animals and wildlife and connecting people to resources that help them reach their full potential.


Ashley was also raised in Kenya and is thankful that Kim passed on her passion and service-oriented heart. She feels strongly that The Olmalaika Trust is a new opportunity every day to make a difference and is grateful to be a part of it.

Kamunge is a man of many talents - including an Administrator, mechanic & professional driver/guide in Kenya.


He is passionate about giving back, loves children and believes in the importance of education. He is Owner/Director of African Springs Safaris which helps to fund the Trust as well as a member of the Kenya Professional Guide Association and KATO (Kenya Association of Tour Operators). He is married and he and his wife have one daughter and two sons.

Kim was raised in Kenya - spending most of her life here. She is a mother to three grown children - who were also raised in Kenya.


She is passionate about the plight of the girl child - ending FGM & childhood marriage and has a special place in her heart for little girls who have experience trauma.  She is a mother to many.


Kim also has a love for adventure & wildlife. She is a Bronze Level Guide -Kenya Professional Safari Guide Association and Co-Director of African Springs Safaris.  She believes in doing her part to take care of the earth so generations to come can enjoy it. She has devoted her life to making a difference.
