    There are no costs or charges to stay with us,  as we are not a business and believe in supporting the community around us -  but a donation will NEVER be turned down

  • Length of stay/Check in/out time

    The length of time you can stay at the Trust is 2 weeks unless other arrangements are made thru the Director.

    Check in time is 2pm or later

    Check out time is 10am

  • Can we just stop by for a short visit?

    We would love to have you drop in - its always easier if you contact us ahead of time, but we understand that sometimes it is a last minute decision.

     

    What can we do if we stop by for a short visit? Here are some possibilities depending on the day or time.

     

    Have a tour of our entire place

    Help make chapatis or prepare food in the kitchen

    Read a story to a child, push her on the swing, or play a game

    Rock a baby to sleep

    Do some bird watching

    Join in on a soccer game with the staff

    Learn about the life of a girl child in Kenya

    Learn about Female Genital Mutilation (FGM and early childhood marriage

    Learn about our Days for Girls program where we make fabric menstrual kits

    Eat your packed lunch at our outdoor kitchen

    Stretch your legs

    Play with our dogs

    Sample our wildflower honey
